Read these notices alongside the specific terms provided for your card. These notices describe the information published on this website; they do not replace the card agreement.
1. Understand the product
Eternus X is a Term Card described as a practice card with a much higher practice limit than gennCard. gennCard is a practice card intended for new card users and those under 21. We do not offer current or savings accounts.
A practice balance or limit should not be treated as a bank deposit, cash, a withdrawable balance or a promise to lend money. Ask how any practice units are created, used, reset or cancelled before using the product. Do not send money unless the purpose, charges, refund arrangements and receiving party have been clearly explained.
2. Acceptance and permitted use
gennCard is accepted at kowloonPoint of Sale only. Do not assume it can be used at other merchants, cash machines or payment networks. Eternus X acceptance must be confirmed separately; gennCard acceptance does not establish where Eternus X can be used.
Do not use either card to misrepresent purchasing power, proof of funds, a credit facility or account ownership.
3. Limits, fees and term conditions
A higher practice limit is not a recommendation to spend more. The exact Eternus X limit, term duration, expiry rules and acceptance are not published on this website.
Before accepting either product, obtain the full terms, including any application or membership fees, ongoing charges, payment obligations, cancellation and refund arrangements, unused-balance treatment and circumstances in which access may be restricted. This website does not promise that either card is free.
4. Age and eligibility
Being under 21 is an intended audience for gennCard, not automatic approval or confirmation that minors qualify. The minimum age, identity checks, residency conditions and any parent or guardian requirements must be confirmed before applying.
U.S. customers are not supported. Do not conceal your location or identity through a VPN, intermediary or alternative address.
5. Credit and financial wellbeing
Practice use is not a guarantee of credit eligibility, an improved credit score or future lending approval. Ask whether any information is reported to credit-reference agencies and whether any application checks affect your credit file.
Practise at a pace that feels comfortable. Do not chase the excitement of spending, increase activity to reach a limit or use essential living-expense money to participate. Stop and contact customer help if use feels difficult to control.
6. Regulatory status and protection
No FCA or PRA authorisation, regulated banking status or FSCS coverage is claimed on this website. The use of “Bank”, “Card” or “Term Card” does not by itself establish a regulatory permission or a consumer protection entitlement.
Before providing money or sensitive information, independently verify the legal entity, its contact details and any permissions relevant to the service. These external links are informational and do not indicate endorsement or protection of our cards.
7. Applications, security and privacy
The gennCard application is hosted separately at onlineapplication.bofkl.co.uk. Following a link does not issue a card or guarantee approval. Review that website’s terms and privacy information before submitting personal data.
Never send passwords, PINs, one-time codes, full card details or identity documents through ordinary email. Request an approved secure channel for sensitive verification information. Report suspicious messages to securitydesk@bofkl.co.uk.
8. Complaints, corrections and support
For questions or complaints, email cshelp@bofkl.co.uk with a brief, non-sensitive description and the outcome you are seeking. Ask for the applicable complaints process and any external escalation route; no particular ombudsman entitlement or response deadline is represented here.
